Ihr Job

• Identifies training needs and gaps in the organization through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals in consultation with the HR Business Partners and Management
• Develops an overall training strategy and development program, including skills matrix
• Designs and conducts training sessions for employees and managers in English
• Leads the T&D for internal as well as external audits with authorities
• Cooperates with external training vendors and support the delivery of tailored training programs incl. quality control of delivered training sessions
• Performs monthly reconciliation of the HR T&D budget/account and creates HR specific data overviews, evaluations and statistics
• Supports the key processes for example Performance & Development Management and Career Management
• Introduces processes & procedures to ensure training programs are in accordance with business needs
• Oversees and coordinates of the integration of Workday module

Ihr Profil

• Higher education in HR and/or HF in Business Administration or equivalent
• 5 or more years’ experience in the field of Training & Development
• Further education in Coaching /Train the Trainer an asset
• Good knowledge of Learning Management Systems (Workday)
• Sound German and English knowledge (written and spoken)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
